This policy covers this website only. It does not cover any third-party site you may reach through a link.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social plug-ins and no external fonts. Nothing you do here is profiled, and no consent banner is required because there is nothing to consent to.

Server log files

Your hosting provider may record standard access data — IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. These logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule and are not merged with other data by us.

Contact form

The contact form on this site sends nothing to any server of ours. On submit it opens your own e-mail programme with the message pre-filled. The transmission is therefore an ordinary e-mail from you to us. We process the data you send in order to answer your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet statutory retention periods.

E-mail

If you write to us directly, your e-mail address and the content of your message are processed for the purpose of replying. Ordinary e-mail is not end-to-end encrypted; if a matter is sensitive, say so and we will agree another channel.

Recipients

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is disclosed only to our hosting provider as a processor, and to authorities where we are legally obliged to do so.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

The site is operated within the EU. We do not knowingly transfer personal data to a third country. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before it happens.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the address above to exercise any of them. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
